How do you pick the DJ/VJ/Performer who will work with me?

First, Kart-Tunes specializes and takes pride in doing one event a day/evening. Therefore, everytime you meet with us, you meet with your wedding specialist and performer (Paul Smith).

Why are there no prices on the website?

Basically, we don't want to throw out an arbitrary price without having the opportunity to explain the value behind it. People won't understand immediately what Kart-Tunes has to offer and a price often stops them from exploring further. Plus we have packages that are custom-made in association with Lasting Memories, LLC. Photography and Videography, so prices will vary from event to event. If price is your main criteria, we aren't the company for you.

What about going to an event and seeing a Kart-Tunes DJ in action?

Consider this...would you want people coming to your party looking at you? Maybe. Maybe not! Events vary determined by individual clients...hence music, atmosphere and the event's theme are all structured to the accordance of the clients themselves. We prefer to meet with you and give you referrals of clients.

Do you offer a discount if I book more than one Kart-Tunes service?

Yes, we do offer a discount and in associatin with Lasting Memories, LLC

When do you take appointments?

We will make appointments to work around YOUR schedule!

Do you have a song list?

Yes. Click here to check out the website for our song list. It's not everything we have, but it should get the ball rolling(over 150,000 songs). You can customize it however you feel.

How many people will work my event?

This depends on your event. Standard is one lead and one assistant.

Do you coordinate ceremony sound?

Yes, Kart-Tunes can accommodate any of your audio/video needs.

Are there hidden fees or taxes in your packages?

No. The only thing that's not part of the price is gratuity. So please tip your artist if you feel that they have contributed to your experience.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, checks, and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).

What do I need to provide the DJ?

NOTHING but a smile!

What if I am out of town and planning my event?

We'll be able to plan with you long distance. A lot of the information you will want to know about Kart-Tunes can be found on this site. Also with your own planning site you can lay out the details of your event. Please call to talk to a Kart-Tunes representative to get more detailed information. We will do our best to accomodate your schedule.

Are you insured?

Yes
